It’s that time again…time for another home CrossFit workout! The last wod that I posted was all about getting ready for Summer, and I can’t believe that August is almost here with school starting in a couple of weeks. I must admit that I’m not ready for the hustle and bustle of school to start again, and Keenan is only in preschool three days a week. I can only imagine what next year is going to be like when he starts Kindergarten!
Since August is all about getting back to the grind with school starting, soccer and just getting back into a regular routine again, lets kick it off with a great workout that can be done in less than 20 minutes, easily doable during your hectic day!
