Wow, I’ve been slacking. I didn’t realize I haven’t posted any home CrossFit workouts since September! I usually post a new wod every month, but somehow I forgot one in October, sorry!
With Thanksgiving tomorrow, it’s perfect timing for a new home workout that you can do the day after, to burn off all of those extra calories! I’m taking Thursday off, since we are hosting, but I’m definitely working out on Friday!
