Before I talk about CrossFit Home Wod #32, I have to share this picture of my kiddos at Halloween (yes, it’s been that long since I wrote a blog post!). It’s not the best picture as they kept running to me as I was running ahead to capture their picture, but I just love it. Keenan held Mirella’s hand the whole time making sure she was not scared!
Back to the new workout…this new home wod is less than 25 minutes and is a great cardio burner starting out with 50 burpees. With the plank updowns, make sure to start in a plank position on your forearms and then “up, up and down, down” on both arms is one rep. Keep your core tight by pulling in your belly button to your spine. Enjoy!
