Being that I’m on vacation this week, I thought it was perfect timing for posting another home CrossFit wod, in fact I’ll be doing it later this week with my husband. You can do this workout anywhere, whether home or on vacation. All you need is a little space and the ability to sprint!
I love to take a break from everything on vacation to truly unplug and relax, but I still love to fit in a few workouts here and there (mainly so I don’t feel guilty eating “vacation food” as I call it – things you don’t typically eat on a regular basis!).
