Since it’s the middle of October and I’m a pumpkin fanatic (AND Costco had a 6 pack of organic pumpkin puree cans!), I’ve been all about adding pumpkin to my breakfasts, afternoon shakes and anything I can think of. I love Fall because it gives me an excuse to eat anything pumpkin! But, who am I kidding? I don’t just eat pumpkin in the Fall, I pretty much eat it all year round! There is something comforting about pumpkin pie flavors to me.
