Train With Me

When I was a little girl my grandmother always said, “You only have one body, so take care of it!” These wise words have stayed with me for the past 30 years and are my inspiration to stay fit, maintain a healthy lifestyle and help other women become Deliciously Fit.

It is my goal to share my knowledge and passion of eating healthy, making quick, nutritious and delicious meals, designing customized workouts, as well as providing tools and simple tips to help you make lifestyle changes that last a lifetime.

Programs Offered:

  • On-location Small Group Training
  • One-on- one Personal Training
  • Online Personal Training
  • Wellness Coaching

 

On-location Small Group Training of 2-4 people: (class times vary)

  • Training two (2) days a week for a total of 8 sessions per month
  • Training three (3) days a week for a total of 12 sessions per month

 

One-on-one Personal Training:

  • One-on-one training sessions per the needs and goals of the client

 

Online Personal Training Packages:

Hard-Core:

  • One hour initial consultation via Skype or phone
  • Customized workout programs
  • Weekly video demonstrating workouts
  • Weekly 30 minute check-in via Skype
  • Unlimited support via email
  • Additional tools and articles about health and fitness (discussed in initial consultation)

Fab Fit:

  • One hour initial consultation via Skype or phone
  • Customized workout programs
  • Bi-weekly 30 minute check-in via phone
  • Unlimited support via email
  • Additional tools and articles about health and fitness (discussed in initial consultation)

Super Woman:

  • One hour initial consultation via Skype or phone
  • Customized workout programs
  • Weekly check-in via email
  • Unlimited support via email

*On-location personal training available for those that live locally. Same packages apply for on-site training, although consultations will be conducted in-person.

 

Wellness Coaching Packages:

Comprehensive:

  • One hour initial consultation via Skype or phone
  • Bi-weekly 30 minute check-in via Skype or phone
  • Unlimited support via email
  • Goal setting
  • Meal planning, including printable charts
  • Recipes and meal prepping tips
  • Additional tools (discussed in initial consultation)

Simple:

  • One hour initial consultation via Skype or phone
  • Monthly 30 minute check-in via Skype or phone
  • Goal setting
  • Recipes and meal prepping tips
  • Additional tools (discussed in initial consultation)

*Note: A 10% discount will be offered for Personal Training and Wellness Coaching combined packages.
